The investigation of diet type influence to the quantity and composition of milk in production conditions

In this paper the results of investigation of two different diets influence to milk fat, proteins and dry matter content, are presented. The obtained results point to that in the existing production conditions by using adequate diet, can influenced to the increase of milk quantity and considerably poors to its content. The use of green feeds (summer diet) in relation to the period of canning feeds use (winter diet) conditioned the decrease of all the most important milk constituents (fat and proteins and dry matter content).
