The experiment was carried out with 108 male chicken broilers of the hybrid Arbor Acres, reared in triple deck cages split in 6 groups by 16 each. The effect of feeding with combined forages with different cereal component with or without additive of multyenzyme preparation Roxazyme G on carcass slaughter characteristics, chemical composition of red meat and fatty acids composition of red meat and abdominal fats of broiler chickens was investigated. At replacement of maize with wheat or oat the weight of grill and breast of chicken decreased vs. control group (maize).Additive of Roxazyme G to wheat and oat influenced positively the characteristics almost to the level of control only for wheat ration.Higher fat content in red meat was found for chicken received oat ration.Additive of Roxazyme G increased significantly that processs only for oat ration.
