In the presant article is made a comparative evaluation of ploughing and deep loosening of the soil in anti-erosion respect on the basis of results from different studies and tests of plowshare ploughs and deep scarifiers and the possibilities for using them for basic cultivation of areas subject to erosion. Proof are given in this direction and the definite soil protecting advantages of deep loosening of the soil are indicated.
