In sacco decomposition and digestibility of dry matter and protein in alfalfa hay depending on protein level of cow ration

With the aim to dermine effect of three levels of crude protein (CP) in the ration (CP- 8, 12 and 16%) on in sacco decomposition and digestibility of dry matter and protein of alfalfa hay two experiments were carried out: first with nonpregnant dry cows with rumen fistula and second - with two lacting cows with reentral anastomoses of duodenum.Protein level in ratio have influenced speed and degree of rumen decomposition (RD): the highest RD of dry matter RDDM24 (66.69%) was found at CP16 and maximum decomposition of protein RDP24 (87.52%) - at CP12.Aminoacid content of UDP12 showed an increase of total, saturned and nonsaturned aminoacids in the scope of 8-12%.
