There have been studied the correlations between elements of productivity and grain protein content (GPC) in F2 and F3 hybrid populations of the combinations, obtained by crossing of parents with different level of the characters studied. In the space planted and solid planted conditions the correlationships between GPC and grain yield per plant (GYP) is significantly negative on a phenotypic level. The characters as: height of stem (HOS) and thousand kernels weight (TKW) showed a significant positive correlation with GPC, whereas there have been established no correlations between number of tillers per plant(NTP) and weight of grain per spike(WGS).Significantly high genetic correlations (r) with GPC are determined only in two hybrid populations.
