[Conditions promoting potato callusogenesis in vitro]

Callusogenesis was examined on functionally distinct potato tissues. The effect of hormones and bioactive agents on callus formation was analysed. Conditions favouring active proliferation and morphogenesis of callus cultures were established. Biochemical evaluation of protein and nucleic acid metabolism during callusogenesis was performed. Polypeptide electrophoresis was applied to reveal some aspects of differentiateed potato tissues
