Electrical activity of the heart in clinically healthy Cocker Spaniel, Rotweiler and German Shepherd dogs by using 10 electrocardiographical leads are investigated. The most essential factors influencing the electrocardiogram (ECG) P wave dynamics are established. Results of studies prove that analysing the P wave on 10 leads in dogs, animal's breed age, sex and height peculiarities, as well as heart rate should obligatory by taken taken into account. Breed of the animal is one of the most essential factors determining amplitude of the P wave in the I, III, aVL, aVF, CV6LL, CV6LU and V10 leads. In conclusion, general linear model GLM is the most suitable model for the processing of electrocardiophysiological data base in dogs.
