Clonal analysis of Rhizoctonia solani AG 1-1A isolates

Eighty-two isolates of Rhizoctonia solani collected from different host species and geographic areas in the Philippines were found to belong to anastoniosis group 1-1A. Clonal analysis of these isolates was done thru hyphal fusion and lysis evaluation between isolates. Results were discussed
