Biomass protein was produced by fermentation of growth medium of corn stover containing (NH4)2SO4, CaCl2, 2H2O, MgSO4, 7H2O, K2HPO4, yeast extract and molasses by Arachniotus sp. Maximum crude protein was obtained when the medium contained corn stover 7.5, (NH4)2SO4, 0.3, CaCl2, 2H2O, 0.05, MgSO4, 7H2O, 0.02, KH2PO4, 0.1 yeast extract 0.15% and molasses 2.0 percent after 48 hours incubation at pH 4 and 32 degree centigrade temperature.
