It was proved that it is possible to reach maximum yield when certain theoretical site is provided and agrotechnical conditions are created as well as losses at harvest and threshing are reduced. These conditions should be optimal for the highest values of the seed yield structure elements that have a positive influence on the yield and number of mature heads per unit of area, number of seeds per pod and pods per head
