The analysis of present and planned state of farms with technical means of labour according to their acreage was presented. It was stated that on the farms up to 20 ha arable land there occurs an ineffective utilization of the machines and willing to further increase of the equipment with technical means. On the other hand, the efficiency of agricultural equipment utilization, that is a base of good economical effects, increases simultaneously with the farm acreage
