A field trial was carried out to evaluate the effect of sulfur (0, 20, 40 kg S per ha) and nitrogen (0, 20, 40 kg N per ha) application on yield and nutrient composition of faba bean (Vicia faba L.) grown on vertisol. Application of sulfur fertilizer at the rate of 40 kg/ha and nitrogen at the rate of 20 kg per ha significantly increased grain yield along with the composition of S and P.
