The effects of cutting season, cutting types and IBA treatment on (Vibirnum opulus L.) propagation

The aim of this study was to propagate the Gilaburu (Viburnum opulus L.) by using the cuttings. The effects of taking time, cutting type and different IBA concentrations on rooting of Gilaburu cuttings were investigated. In this study, the basal and apical cuttings of hard wood cuttings taken in March and apical cuttings of soft wood cuttings taken in July were used. These cuttings applied 0 (control)-2000 and 4000 ppm IBA, were planted in tuff+sand (1:1 by volume) mixture and mist was applied over the plants
