The distribution of Eimeria species in domestic rabbits of Ankara region

This study was conducted in 1996 in Ankara to investigate the prevalence of Eimeria species in domestic rabbits kept in four units. Totally, feces of 350 rabbits from 114 cages were examined. The amount of oocysts Per gram feces were counted using Mcmaster method and the feces which were found to be infected were left sporulation by the addition of 2.5% potassium dichromate solution
