The system is distinguished by using measuring converters for determining the content of dry substances and the angle of turn of polarization surface of the polarized light. The microprocessing controller Lomicont allows to make calculations of the contents of glucose and fructose in the solution. The work of a chromatographic column in periodic regime permits to repeat the operating sequence, so the information from measuring converters comes to the microprocessing controller
