[Economic substantiation of cost for scientific provision of maize seed production and marketing mechanisms of its compensation]

The object of the study is the development and economic substantiation of the mechanism of commercialization of research institutions for maize breeding and seed production. The study is aimed at development of main principles and methodological approaches to forming a market mechanism of financing the seed production. The theoretical results of the study carried out are in working out methodological and practical approaches to economic substantiation of costs for scientific provision of maize seed production under conditions of market relations. The method of improvement in economic mechanism of financing scientific research on the account of commercializing research institutions' activities is proposed. Some results are introduced at Synelnikovo's Breeding and Experimental Station (Dnipropetrovsk region)
