It is evident that the number of medicinal plant species are endangered by the irrational use of natural resources. Current regulations concerning plant species protection are not sufficient. The protection of wild flora requires the engagement of all participants included in its utilization. The expansion of field growing as a reliable way of drug supply will decrease the irrational exploitation of wild flora.
