The production and purchasing power decline leads to the consumption decrease of all kinds of poultry meat, particularly the turkey meat. It has been established the market prices of other meat kinds have influenced the poultry meat demand size, i.e. the established parities, but the habits and changes in consumers preferences together with the demand elasticity crossingness as well. The intensity of consumption decline, both the chicken and the turkey meat, has been in the full accordance with the income decrease, where it has been found a very strong correlation (rxy=0.8842). An elimination, i.e. the reduction of limiting development factors, should lead to the production increase. That would also lead, beside the gradual increase of the purchasing power, to the change of the meat consumption structure, the production costs reduction as well, i.e. the more favourable parities related to the other kinds of meat.
