Federal Bureau of Statistics and Chamber of Economy of Serbia (Yugoslavia) collected the data several times on the length of constructed truck roads through state-owned forests in Serbia (Yugoslavia). However, the criteria in the questionnaire had not previously been defined, i.e. what is meant by a truck road, so the data included the roads unsuitable for truck transport. The obtain the actual length of constructed roads through the forests in Serbia (Yugoslavia), the criteria were first defined and they were the baseline for the collection of data in the field. In this way the real state of road network in state forests was assessed.
