The effect of offal fish pelleting process with by-products from food industry was studied with the aim to introduce the simpler and, from the standpoint of ecology and economy, a more justified process for production of new protein feed. The quality of the technological process was studied comparing the chemical characteristics of the initial materials and the final product. The raw material for production of pelleting protein feed is composed of offal fishes and soybean meal. Temperature effect on protein feed component was minimal during the pelleting process. Since the differences in the content of crude proteins between the starting material and pelleted feed are insignificant, it can be concluded that the technological process for fish pelleting with protein plant carrier is adequate. Such a conclusion is also confirmed by relatively small differences in the content of aminocids between the compound material and final product. Bulk density was significantly increased. The increase of bulk density influenced proportionally the reduction of storage space and increased the transport capacity.
