The paper presents some general problems concerning mineral waters. It is both about some well-known mineral waters from abroad and some home-made mineral waters. The authors claim that most of Yugoslav bottled mineral waters do not satisfy the regulations. It is considered that the quality of Yugoslav mineral water could be improved with some further investigations. It is especially important for the sale in the world market. The authors mention some concrete locations where the investigations should be done.
