Nitrogen fertilization of grapevine and its effect on the content of its mineral forms in soil, nitrogen content in leaves and grape yield

In the soil of vineyard over the period of five years mineral forms of nitrogen with different fertilization measures (0 kg N/ha, 50 kg N/ha and 100 kg N/ha) were examined. With the dose of 100 kg N/ha, the enrichment of deeper soil profile with NO3 was determined. The nitrogen content in leaves of Cabernet sauvignon variety was not influenced by N fertilization, and there were no significant evidences that the yield was dependent on the nitrogen application.
