Project of rational work - organization in cutting of branches in pears plantation

In this paper, there are given the results of the research of the effects of cutting of branches in pears plantation. The cutting of branches is efficient and economical working process, because it helps in solving the pruning. In spite of mentioned advantages the cutting of branches does not need the engagement of the labour for bring out pruned branches from the plantation. Planning of the improved labour process of 8-hours working time results daily effect of the cutting of branches from 6.8 to 8.83 ha, which means the increase of 29.8.
