[The influence of pH in soil Phosphatasee activity]

The results show that value of optimal pH of acid and basic phosphatases of the soil is from 3,5 to 8,5-10. The value of pH optimal where the maximal activity of basic phosphatase was manifested is nearer to value of pH of soil solution. The existence of optimal pH of acid phosphatase and of a relative wide range of optimal pH values, which correspond to the maximal activity of basic phosphate, shows that enzymatic reaction is being catalyzed by more than one enzyme or equal enzyme forms.
