[Effect of plant crops on microbiological activity in saline soils]

The study is carried out in saline soils of A.E. "Spitalle", Durres. They contain 0,495 per cent salts. These soils are considered with poor structure in their physical and water capacity aspects. They are poor in azot and humus and reach in potash. Alfa-alfa, wheat, sunflower and sorgum have a considerable effect on increasing general amount of microorganisms in soil. Planted field contain 1.61-1,81 times more microorganisms of different sistematic groups. Microbiological analysis shows that alfa-alfa is more effective in this directions. As result forage crops and especially legumes must be given priority in saline soils.
