Ariculture is most sensitive system toward the climate variability and change. Drought and other climate-related natural deserts have a direct influance on the quantity and quality of agricultural production. The autors tried to develop quantitive estimation parameters for calculation and forecasting probobility of extreme events (draughts) and their influance on vine an maize yield and their quality. There is shown a need to develop adaptation to climate variability and climate change especially in vulnerable regions.
