Recurrent agrarian reform and establishment of new strong group of agricultural product processors-farmers requires the reviewing and extension of the new technologies, taking into account the natural-economic zones of the country. In the point of view of market relations, under the small farmer's condition, even in bigger or co-operative farms, organisational matters and management of livestock food must be different from the widely spread technology and management system of the huge farms in the former Soviet Union. Researches made in Georgian and experience of the leading countries, having the familiar climate-soil conditions, shows us that the stabilisation of our farming food-ingustry, raise of produced products and the high quality, liquidation of albumen defaced on the expansion of sort composition of perennial pounding crops and depends on crop sorts improvement on farming food-processing fields.
