The main objective of this study is to find out the contribution of woman's income as tea picker toward family income, working hours, and their influence upon their responsibility as house wife. The result showed that husband's income of woman labor is lower than husband's income of unemployed woman. The main reason why they should work in plantation as tea picker is to increase family income. By working in plantation they contribute about 43 percent of the total family income. Time and allocation between laboring and unemployed women are different. Women labor have less time to do domestic activities at home since they have to work outside.
