Tow groups of sand dunes were selected in Baiji: the non-fixed group of sand dunes at Al-Adday areas & sand dunes fixed by muddy * reedy barriers & the dry planting in Baiji. Morphologically, the types of dunes that were recognized are: cresentics, Transverse, Seif dunes in active dunes while Dome shaped dunes were dominated in fixed dunes.
