[The evaluation of immunological activity of blood serum to spermagglutinins]

Repeated insemination of cows can be unsuccessful because of active immunological reaction to sperm. The titre of agglutinins in repeatedly inseminated but still infertile cows is 2,5 times as high as that of intact cows. A very similar level of agglutinins is observed in pregnant cows. Analogical immunological reactions can be caused by immunization of intact heifers. The titre of spermagglutinins can be evaluated according to the direct reaction of agglutination as well
