Using of N fertilizers significantly increased of crude protein and nitrogen contents in grain, but there were insignificant changes in falling number, 1000 kernel weight and volume weight. The maximum crude protein in grain 15.24 and 15.64% were obtained with calcium-ammonium nitrate, and calcium-ammonium nitrate produced by the Joint-stock company "Jumitis" in first and second trials, respectively. Nitrogen additional fertilizing increased all the elements of grain yield - quantity of productive years, mass and number of grains per ear. The most profitable nitrogen fertilizers were ammonium nitrate, and calcium-ammonium nitrate produced by the Joint-stock company "Jumitis".
