Investigation was performed on 20 cows in the individual dairy farm from 1996-1998. Somatic cell count (SCC) in milk samples was measured by automatic analyser - "Somacaunt". High somatic cell count was generally caused by interaction of several factors such as man, cow, environment, microorganisms and management. Mountly detected individual cows and somatic cell count are objective data for udder health and mastitis, and important factor for cow economic value estimation.
