Intergeneric hybridization were performed between Triticum aestivum L., cv. Norin 61, and Hordeum vulgare L., cv. Hiproly. Hybrid embryos were rescued by culture of immature embryos. In vitro culture resulted in the proliferation of totipotent callus from which the plats were regenerated. The effectivity of embryoid callus induction were in intergeneric hybric embryos (table 1). The average value of embryoid production were 4.5 embryoids per embryo. Intergeneric hybridization between Lolium multiflorum (Lam.) and Festuca arundinacea (Schreb.) were realized in years 1991-1993. All of the hybrids were fully sterile. The experimets of chromosome doubling and pollen fertility restoration were carried out by in vitro propagation of immature spikes. The best results of embryoid callus induction were detected in hexaploid (n=21) almost meiotic stabile hybrid between Lolium multifiorum cv. Yamaaoba and cv. Fat x Festuca arundinacea cv. Barrundi (table 2, figure 1,2,3)
