Conservation of agricultural land resources

The present paper discusses the problem of gradual reduction of agricultural land in the surveyed production area, which is caused by its use for housing constructions, communications, agriculture and some other purposes. it therefore is imperative to devote more attention to the legislative as far as agricultural land resources conservation is concerned. In the surveyed area, there is 0.65 ha per capita agricultural land of 0.57 is arable land, which account for 87.7% arability. It was found that surveyed area is of high strategic importance in terms of agricultural primary production and the subsequent production of basic foodstuffs. The individual surveyed districts will have to devote more continual attention to the conservation, renewal and improvement of natural properties of agricultural land. In case of land dispension for other purposes, it is necessary to minimally violate the organization of land resources, its utilization and elements with respect to the ecological stability of teh territory concerned
