Follow-up study of knowledge application in job performance after training in Administration Development Program of district livestock officer

Purpose of this study were to follow up the knowledge application in job performance after training in Administration Development Program of district livestock officer including study about problems and suggestion from training program. The population were district livestock officer passed district livestock officer administration development training program by managing of Training Division in Department of Livestock Development (DLD) amount 12 generals, total 517 persons. Data has been collected by using questionnair. The variables were age, time of status, income, level of education, passing of another administration training program and knowledge application. The analysis and hypothesis testing were done by using percentage, arithemetic Mean and chi-square testing at .05 level of significant. The findings were as follows age everage of district livestock officer was 46.5 years, 19 years everage in time of status, 23,545 baht per month income. 54.9 percent has completed level of bachelor degree and 66.7 percent used to pass another administration training program. The hypothesis testing indicated that district livestock officer have different in age, time of status, income, level of education and the passing of another administration training program. They have non difference of knowledge application.
