Seaview Resort is located at Kingamphur Ko Chang, Changwat Trat. This resort has total area of 31 rais consisting of 18 bungalows, 1 single-story row house and 1 two-story row house with total of 55 rooms which serve approximately 230 tourists. There are a restaurant, all purpose building, snooker club, service-housing unit and area for future expension. The landscape improvement of Seaview Resort is the application of the landscape design process. The study starts from collecting data of the studied area and interviewing the owner and tourists to establish design concept. Finally, the plan is designed by considering of suitability between activities and the existing environment. The cost estimation is submitted to the owner to accommodate the actual constructions.
