The aim of this study which conducted in Aegean Agricultural Research Institute is to distinguish between natural honey and adulterated honey produced by honeybees fed with 60 % sugar syrup included citric acid or without. The study was carried out in three periods; producing floral honey in Spring, cotton honey in Summer and honeydew in Autumn being natural honey, by feeding 60 % sugar syrup and 60 % sugar syrup included citric acid, totalling nine groups in 1993
