The study was carried out to determine the production cost of broad bean in Bergama, Menemen, Dikili and Foca counties covering more than 70% of broad bean production area of Izmir province. The main data were collected from total number of 60 farmers selected by using aimed sampling method, by interviewing, in the period of 1989-1993
