In 436 sheep sera collected from various regions of Elazig were investigated for antibodies respiratory syncyted virus (RSV) using serum neutralization test (SN). In serum samples were detected anti RSV virus antibodies 156 (% 35.77) dilution at 1/2 higher rates, using serum neutralization (SN) test. Against to RSV in 156 (% 35.77) of 436 sheep sera samples neutralizing antibodies titres ranged from 1:2.81 1:53.0 were detected by SN assay
