This study has emphasized to show the quantity and quality of groundwater resources in Phitsanulok Province in order to plan and manage appropriately in groundwater usage. Average annual groundwater recharge in Phitsanulok Province can be estimated by 3 methods. There are water balance method, groundwater flow method and specific yield method. The result of average annual groundwater recharge by water balance method is 110 mm./year, by groundwater flow method is 46.08 mm./year and by specific yield method is 40.43 mm./year. Then average annual groundwater recharge or available groundwater in Phitsanulok Province should be 40-110 mm./year. The study of groundwater quality uses available data of wells in Phitsanulok Province. The analysis consider about iron content, chloride and hardness. The result show that groundwater of 15-40 metre in depth has high iron content, but chloride and hardness are meet drinking water quality standard. For groundwater of 55-70 metre in depth has slightly high iron content but chloride and hardness are the same value as above.
