Purpose of this research was to study factors which effected Chief of Village & Duputy Chief of Village to be involved in the conservation and protection of natural resources. The population in this research were 62 people Chief of Village and 124 people Duputy Chief of Village, the total were 186 people. The self-constructed questionnaires were used for this research. The obtained data were analyzed by Person's Correlation Coefficient. The result showed that then were no significant relationship between the knowledge in understanding the conservation and protection of natural resources and the informative perception in the conservative and protection of natural resources which were not followed the hypothesis. The result showed a significant relationship between the expected benefit to be involved in the conservation and protection of natural resource and the involvement of Chief of Village and Deputy Chief of Village to involved in the conservation and protection at the 0.3299 level, but there were no significant relationship between the expected benefit to be involved in the conservation and protection of natural resources and the involvement of Chief of Village. Then we can find the difference from the influence of unseen variable which occured from elementary factors of population (position). If we analyzed without the supervision of the factors, the result of the research has been displaced from the fact.
