[Cytogenetic and morphological studies of early embryogenesis while obtaining the cattle embryos in vitro]

The methods developed of in vitro maturating and inseminating oocytes of cows and further development of the embryos outside the organism followed are aimed at obtaining the large number of biologically complete cattle's morulae and blastocytes. Based on the use of a modificated technique of differential C-staining of the meiosis and mytosis chromosomes the localization is revealed of the centromere heterochromatin in the autosomes and sex chromosomes of the cow's oocytes at different stages of meiosis as well as of preimplantation cattle embryos at different developmental stages
