Number of some systematic groups of microorganisms in soil sown with potato in Ohrid climate region [The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia]

In the frame of this scientific work was made examination of the influence of different quantities of fertilization with sewage mud, worm casting and NPK-fertilizer on the number of aminoautotrophes, aminoheterotrophes and fungi in soil sown with potato in Ohrid climate region (The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia). Number of examined groups of microorganisms was dependant of the type fertilizing system, air temperature and total quantity of precipitation during vegetation. The highest number of examined groups of microorganisms in all variants of the experiment was found in the end and in the middle of potato vegetation in both research years. The lowest number of all microorganisms in both year of the experiment was found in the beginning of the vegetation.
