[Effect of different systems of fertilizing on the number of fungi, actinomycetes and cellulolytic microorganisms in soil under potatoes]

In this work, examinations refer to effects of fertilizing with different quantities of sewage mud and NPK fertilizer on the number of fungi, actinomycetes and cellulolitic microorganisms in soil under potatoes. Numbers of microorganisms depend of used type and quantities of fertilizer, time of taking sample and depth of soil profile. Using of sewage mud effected positively on the number of all examined microorganisms. Highest number was achieved in variants with highest dose of sewage mud. Using of mineral fertilizer has not influenced on enlarging the number of actinomycetes and cellulolitic microorganisms, but it was remarkable on the number of fungi.
