In this paper, we presented the results of the investigation concerning the efficacy of some herbicides and their combinations aimed at weed control in pea. The herbicides and their combinations were the following: pendimetalin + prometrin (variant 1), imazetapir (variant 2), trufluralin (variant 3), alahlor + linuron (variant 4), trifluralin and imazetapir (variant 5), alahlor + linuron and imazetapir (variant 6), trifluralin and bentazon (variant 7), alahlor + linuron and bentazon (variant 8). This investigation was carried out on an early pea cultivar Maja, and the late one Palanacki G-65, on the soil type "smonitza". There were thirteen weed species recorded at the experimental plots, four of them were dominant: Panicum crus-galli, Galinsoga parviflora, Hibiscus trionum and Polygonum lapathifolium.
