On the basis of the research carried out with population of domestic Balkan breed of goat in Montenegro (Yugoslavia) during the three - year period (1994-1996), it was established that length of lactation, milk yield in lactation and daily milk yield were significantly (P0.05) affected by order of lactation and genotype of goats.
