Corporate culture as a source of crisis in companies

Non-appropriate corporate culture in specific circumstances in which the company is may be a source of its crisis state or may intensify this state caused by other reasons. Further, it may even make it impossible for the company to bring its state of affairs into balance again. This contribution tries to analyse the situations in which non-appropriate corporate culture was identified either as a source of crisis or intensified it and, as the case may be, was a source of problem producing a potential crisis. Finally, the contribution qualifies causes of these problems and defines procedures that may help companies to prevent these causes and to be able to solve them.
