Biological activity of stilites and character of their effect were determined by laboratory screening method when barley grain were in solutions of 0,5 g/l concentration of the investigated growth regulators. The influence of stilites of seed germinating power, seedling growth, longer maintenance of leaves assimilation, root- crop productivity and saccharinity was established. More intensive growth and development of sugar beets in the beginning of vegetation period, maintenance of leaves assimilation activity had direct influence of the increase of root - srop mass, more intensive accumulation of assimilation products in the storage root and saccharinity. The investigations established that spraging sugar beets shoots with growth regulators - stilites solutions of 0,5 g/l concentration growth regulators - stilites solutions of 0,5 g/l concentration increased the productivity of sugar beets by 9-12 t/ha or 15-20 per cent, the saccharinity - by 0,6-0,8 per cent, and the total amount of sugar - by 2,1-2,2 t/ha or 20 per cent in comparison to the control
