New Antidemodecosis Remedy.

Demodecosis is one of the most actual problems in veterinary that leads to significant economic constraints. It frequently appears in animals, humans are also affected. The study aimed to work out effective measures for Demodecosis prevention by detecting an antidemodectic reaction of the Ivomec (Ivermectic - widespread antideemodectic drug). The trials were conducted in dogs of different age, sex and with various type and courses of disease.The drug application resulted in lesser degree of transient depression of hepatoproductive function in comparison with other remedies. Kidney functions revealed mild transient depression, increase of serum creatine and blood urea.
