Active heat recovery from solar energy
2001
Imre, L.
The purpose of active solar thermal systems is to directly recover heat from solar energy. The radiation energy of the Sun is trapped in collectors. This energy is used to heat a circulated liquid or gas operating agent. Then the heat carrier-operating agent is delivered to the place where heat is to be stored or used. Solar hot water producing systems serve to heat water for heating, domestic and technological purposes and to heat the water of swimming pools. Solar air handling systems can be used for direct air heating and crop drying.
